Apartments are situated on one of the most attractive positions of Novalja, in a beautiful and quiet green area called Gaj. Our house is primarily to the beach and is only 30m from the sea. Surrounded by nature and a big courtyard, with a beautiful sea view, will give you an unforgettable feeling of a Mediterranean atmosphere.
On the one hand we are located far enough from the center to your everyday hustle and bustle of go around, but again, it is enough to walk ten minutes by the sea to be found in the center of Novalja.
In front of our house there is a bus station with the city lines, which allows you to communicate with the surrounding beaches and amenities in Novalja without using your car. Nearby are a bakery, newsstand, restaurant and trade drinks.
The apartments are 45 m2, from which one has a terrace and the other balcony overlooking the sea. Both are renovated, equipped with an air conditioning, TV/SAT and wireless internet connection. Each of our apartments has its own parking place.
Behind the our house are sheltered old high pine trees, which serve shade in the summer season and reflect the wonderful smells. There are also a barbecue and the backyard table, which are available to you at any time and will surely contribute to make you feel comfortable and free at home.
