Object is an island with area of 5200 m2. It is located in Mali Ston bay, 300 m far from the mainland. On island are totally 2 apartments, one is for rent and the other is occasionally used by the owner.
You will get to the island by a boat.
Electric energy is 12 V and secured by solar panels. Island is picturesque with ruins of sacral object from 14th century. It has 3 beaches with pier and boat berth. The apartment has also a telephone, a kitchen, a grill, a terrace, a fridge and, of course, a beautiful sea view. Pets are allowed!
