You’ll have no problem picturing yourself living in this well cared for gorgeous main floor home! The kitchen with eating nook is spacious and very clean. The counters, floor and blacksplash have all been recently redone, making this a comfortable and practical room. The large kitchen window looks onto the beautiful backyard with an apple tree right outside the window. The bathroom also has new flooring and a new tub surround. No worrying about running out of hot water either as the house has two hot water tanks (and a brand new furnace)! The living room is very spacious and has newer carpet, contemporary paint and a very large window with custom curtains. The master bedroom has lots of light with a big window and a feature wall painted in a neutral designer shade. It has a great closet for lots of storage! The other two bedrooms also have nicely sized windows and closets and both have brand new blinds.
The yard is spectacular!! The front yard is surrounded by a mature hedge and a large beautiful tree with some flower gardens along the front of the house. You won’t believe this beautiful backyard—it is fully fenced and is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with a covered patio, firepit and small vegetable garden (this could be used as RV storage if you are not a vegetable gardener!) You’ll love the quick access to downtown (10 min tops), public transport (close to the LRT), schools (right around the corner), parks and convenient shopping.
