The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two singles. Large fitted wardrobes are available in each bedroom, together with bedside tables and drawers. Another large fitted wardrobe can be found in the hallway ensuring that there is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment especially if the lounge is used as bedroom with use of the sofa bed. The lounge can convert to a very comforatble 3rd bedroom. The lounge is very large and has use of a very comfortable double sofa bed.The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has access to the terrace via wooden patio shutters.

There are two large bathrooms with fitted mirrors, bath and shower. The master bedroom benefits from one of the bathrooms as a en-suite and has his and hers wash-hand basins.

The kitchen and adjacent utility room comes with everything you would expect. It is modern and tastefully fitted with marble work surfaces and floors with dark wood cupboards. It contains a fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. The utility room is an aired area useful for drying clothes and for storage. There is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket.

Coast/Beach- The region has beautiful sandy beaches, Europe?s largest salt flat lakes which are bursting with bird life, historic sites and a huge variety of Spanish and international restaurants. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the prestigious Blue Flag, which is awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. A short drive along the coastline are the beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa de los Naufragos, Playa del Cura, Playa de la Mata and Playa de los Locus. Punta Prima has 3 sandy beaches all within walking distance of the apartment- one being only 300 meters away. Towards Torrevieja there is a beautiful beach with a back drop of tropical Palm Trees, on the seafront next to the Nautilus Bar (great food, fantastic views overlooking the med) there is a small, enclosed beach and towards Playa Flamenca & a nudist beach not far!
